LGBTQ2l

PUDS stands with our LGBTQ2l community. We strive to create a place where everyone is free to dance, create friendships, and feel welcomed as who they are without fear of harassment, discrimination, and/or violence.

The human rights of all persons are universal and indivisible. Everyone should enjoy the same fundamental human rights, regardless of their sexual orientation and their gender identity and expression. Everyone deserves to be happy and be able to be who they are and love whom they chose.

PUDS recognizes there is always work to be done and the fact is that learning to navigate these issues are never completed. We will remain vigilant and welcoming of any constructive education to further our understanding and compassion for those facing this type of discrimination, harassment, and violence.

Around the globe, people experience violence and discrimination because of their sexual orientation or gender identity or expression. LGBTQ2I people experience discrimination and harassment in housing, the workplace, the classroom, and everyday activities. LGBTQ2I people are also often victims of hate-motivated violence. Join us in creating a safe place for all, and being the change for the better. Lets show future generations that hate and intolerance will never prevail.
