These dances are arranged and contracted between the family and the instructor of their choice. It is the prerogative of the family to contact the instructor of their choice to inquire about these programs and register. Please note, these contracts do not involve PUDS. Families agree to not hold PUDS responsible for any associated expenses or liabilities.

Fees associated with these dances, which include, but are not limited to, are as follows: extra studio rental if practice happens outside already contracted hours for rental, costume fees, competition fees, instructor wages, mileage, and hotel fees if applicable. Please speak with the instructor before signing a contract so you are aware of any and all potential costs associated. 

Costumes will be rented from and paid directly to PUDS at a rate of $50.00 per costume, per dancer (no fee will be charged if the dancer is using a costume they already rented for PUDS' group dances). You may have a custom costume made and purchased at your own expense under the guidance and approval of your instructor of choice. PUDS is not responsible for any fees concerning custom purchased costumes.

All competition entries for these dances are booked through PUDS and will be under PUDS' name. Families will be billed prior to booking and are expected to pay PUDS promptly to avoid not being entered. PUDS will not enter a solo, duet, or trio dance into any competition without prior payment. 

PUDS does not handle the practice schedule for solos, duets, and trios, however, PUDS does make already contracted lease hours, not being used by a group class, available for use by our instructors for these practices. Please speak with your instructor of choice for practice information.
