Parkland Ukrainian Dancers Society, a non-profit organization registered via the Societies Act of Alberta.
All transactions will be completed in Canadian Dollars.
Regular program: Registration fees can be paid in the full amount or by monthly instalments. All fees must be paid in full by February 1st each dance year. Dances are choreographed based on the number of dancers in each group. If a dancer must withdraw, written notice must be submitted to the secretary prior to December 1 of the dance year. No refunds will be issued after December 1st.
Enrichment program: Registration fees are due by the first day of the session. Late enrolment is permitted at the full rate. No refunds.
All programs will take place at the location indicated in the program registration. Any products purchased on the site will be available for pickup at the club office within 48 hours of purchase. For fundraising events, products purchased will be delivered as indicated in the fundraising information.
Terms and Conditions:
CLASS TIMES: Classes are held in the Stony Plain Community Centre on Tuesday or Thursday evening. Times TBD depending upon number of registrants. Returning dancers should register in their current group as any changes will occur in the fall.
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS: Each family is required to volunteer for the club in some capacity. Committee lists will be available at the AGM in October and volunteer requests will be sent out on occasion during the year. Please sign up quickly or duties will be assigned to you by the executive. A $100 volunteer deposit cheque dated June 1 of the dance year will be required and will be cashed if volunteer requirements are not met.
FUNDRAISING: In order to keep fees manageable, fundraising is required and will be on a per family basis. Should you prefer not to participate or should you be unable to complete one of your fundraising commitments, please advise the Treasurer or the Ways & Means Director to have your deposit cheque for that fundraiser cashed.

COSTUME RENTAL: Rather than requiring each dancer to purchase their own costume, the club is renting costumes at a rate of $50 per costume (to a maximum of three costumes). The rental fee covers the cost of dry cleaning and any minor maintenance to the costume.
CLASSES / PERFORMANCES: Important! Dances are choreographed based on student enrolment; therefore your child’s attendance is required at all classes, performances and competitions/festivals. Please have consideration for our instructors and dancers. If your child must be absent for any reason, please discuss with the instructors. Dancers with more than three unexcused absences may be removed from choreography but can continue to participate in classes.
BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT: Should a dancer be considered unsuitable for class due to disciplinary problems, or should a parent display inappropriate behaviour, the dancer may be expelled from Parkland Ukrainian Dancers Society.
Additionally to the general terms and conditions, you will be required to accept the policies as required by each particular program during your registration process
Privacy Policy: All information collected by PUDS is used strictly for the purpose of conducting PUDS activities. PUDS does not share information.
