How the Executive works for you

PUDS' Executive works to maintain the clubs everyday functions while making sure each season runs as smoothly as possible. Executive roles have specific duties and each person, or persons, in these roles are responsible for executing them in a timely manor.  Every person on the Executive goes above and beyond to fulfill their duties and help each other throughout the year.

The Executive is made up of members in good standing with the club. The Executive meets monthly or as needed throughout the dance season. Executive members are volunteers and receive no monetary or gifted compensation.

Any and all club related issues, concerns and questions are to be directed to the Executive. After reviewing topics brought forth, the President and/or Vice President will address them appropriately. The President and Vice President are always available for discussion, please feel free to reach out anytime.

* Executive positions are voted on each season during the Spring AGM. Any member in good standing may volunteer for an open position or step forward to replace a member on the Executive by majority vote of the membership.

  • There are 9 positions on the Executive, some positions may have more than one director, however, each role only counts as one vote on the Executive.
